We offer a pre-engagement consultation to assist prospective clients in outlining the nature of their legal matter, identifying the relevant legal framework, and determining the appropriate scope of legal services. This consultation allows our lawyers to review the information provided, clarify key facts, and assess whether and how we can act on the matter under Thai law.

The pre-engagement consultation is intended for preliminary assessment only and does not constitute formal legal advice or establish a lawyer–client relationship. Any further legal services, scope of work, timelines, and professional fees will be confirmed separately and are subject to a formal engagement agreement.
